Jorge and his team did a great job in my crawlspace replacing 40-year-old cracked wood support posts with TerraFirma's SmarkJack posts. Jorge was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough, always keeping me informed as to exactly what he and his team were doing and how long it would take, plus having me check on their work. I had a fantastic experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems this week. Jorge and Juan were absolutely outstanding to work with—punctual, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. Over the three-day job, they worked tirelessly, digging trenches, transporting river rock, and installing the sump pump with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated. The crawlspace looked excellent when they finished, and they cleaned up everything—no debris left behind. I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for.

John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services.

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As homeowners without a ton of experience under our belt, we were thankful for his time. I also appreciate that he was honest and open with us: he didn't upsell us solutions, didn't suggest solutions we didn't actually need. It was a great experience.

Jaden Torson advised me on the best solution for my crawlspace. He was willing to work on picking up and correcting the poor work a previous company had left. He understood the need for a correct, clean space in order for a kitchen rehab to happen.
The company made great efforts to arrange schedules so my work could happen in an efficient, timely manner. All staff were very pleasant and professional. Kudos to Riley, a TerraFirma System Design Specialist. Riley is a smart guy. Honest and communicative. He's focused on problem-solving instead of just selling products. You don't find that skill very often these days. I had an excellent experience getting a crawlspace encapsulation estimate from him.

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation.
